Is it possible to cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel your reservation you can do this via your own Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk account. Send us an email at contact@parkcare.co.uk or via the contact form on our website if you want to make a change to your reservation. Information about reimbursement can be found in the general terms and conditions.

"Insured: Free cancellation and no change fees” guarantee: What does it mean?

Given the unstable traveling conditions right now, ParkCare has taken extra measures to ensure that you feel safe booking your airport parking. You now have the option to add cancellation insurance whenever you book a parking space with us. If you add it to your reservation, you can then change and/or cancel your booking completely free of charge and get refunded in full. With insurance, any changes or cancellations can be done right until the scheduled time of service. However, if you decide to skip cancellation insurance, you can only get a full refund if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the stated time of parking. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before, you'll be charged 15% of the total parking fee for administrative costs.
