Is it always an option to park my car in a covered space?

When you book your parking space with us, we will indicate if the parking space will be covered or uncovered as this is dependent on each parking provider. If the provider has both options available you are free to choose when making your reservation.

What happens if I arrive at the car park late?

My flight is delayed. What should I do?

Contact the parking provider so they know you're going to be arriving later than planned. They usually check all flight arrivals and delays as well so that they can keep on top of the situation. Is the car park near the airport terminal?

Accepted Answer

With Valet Parking you park your car directly at the terminal so there are no transfer times. The handing over of your keys and car inspection lasts around 5 minutes. If for some reason the chauffeur does not do an inspection, make sure to take pictures of your car and record the mileage yourself so that you can be safe and not worry if anything were to happen to your vehicle. With Shuttle Parking, the transfer times depend on how far the car park is from the airport so please check the information of each provider in the overview.

Can I use the car park if I am in a wheelchair?

There are 3 different parking options. The best service we can recommend you is the Valet Parking service since you park outside the airport and there are no tranfers. Park & Walk is also another valid option as the car park is situated right next to the airport so you also don't need to worry about a transfer here either. Shuttle Parking is also an option if your wheelchair can be folded as transfer by shuttle bus is needed.

What happens if my car is damaged while I am gone?
