Question 2

Is somebody going to drive my car when I am on holiday?

If you have handed over your keys to a valet service, they will only drive you car to and from the parking space and then only if they need to move the car to allow more space for other vehicles. They will not unnecessarily drive your car and this will be shown if you, or the provider, take pictures of your mileage when you first arrive at the car park.

Question 3

During my trip, where is my car parked?

Accepted Answer

Each parking provider has its own car park. If you choose Shuttle Parking you will see this for yourself and will know where your car is parked throughout your trip. Incase of any damage to your car while you're away, it's best to take pictures of your vehicle before you leave it unattended. This is only a precaution as fortunately this doesn't happen very often. If you choose Valet Parking, the chauffeur you meet during check-in of your vehicle will park your car in the car park for you. The car park is security protected.

Can I trust that all the parking spaces of a provider are secure?

Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk can ensure that all parking spaces have high levels of security such as a fence around the perimeter and/or a barrier. CCTV surveillance and patrollers are also a common feature of parking providers.

Question 5

What do I do if my car gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

We want to ensure that this is not common but if this does happen then we can help. Take photos of the damage and report it directly to the parking provider and also to us at Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk. If you have taken photos of your car after you parked then this is really helpful to prove what happened to the vehicle and that the damage was not there before.

Question 6

Are standard pictures taken and mileage recorded by the provider?

Most of the time the parking provider will want to take photos of your car and record its mileage as a safety measure just in case anything does happen to your vehicle. If they don't do this you are free to ask them or you can even do it yourself with your mobile phone.
