Where can I find the parking assistant?

Accepted Answer

You usually meet the parking assistant outside the departure hall at Aberdeen Airport directly after you've parked. They can take the keys from you and park your car in a secure location so you don't have to look for a space yourself. Once you have arrived home, the assistant will meet you outside the arrivals hall with your car. Further information will be found in your booking confirmation which will be emailed to you.

How do I know what the driver looks like?

All of the drivers wear some kind of uniform or company jacket so that you can easily identify them. You registration number is known by the parking provider so they can easily find your car for you.

Question 3

When is the right time to contact the parking provider?

Accepted Answer

We advise you to contact the provider approximately 20 minutes before you are scheduled to arrive at the airport. When returning after your trip, try to call them as soon as possible. We recommend calling them as soon as you land so they have time to bring your car around whilst you're collecting your luggage so that way delays are avoided and waiting times are minimised. The telephone number is always displayed in your confirmation email and also on your Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk account.

Is it necessary to hand over my car keys?

Accepted Answer

The chauffeur will need your keys so they can park your car for you in a secure car park. This is a necessary part of the Valet Parking service. The provider will keep your keys secure in a safe for the duration of your trip and will drive your car back to you only when you have called to confirm your arrival back to the airport. Then you will get your keys returned to you.
