How does booking online work?

Booking online via Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk is a very straightfoward procedure. You first need to select the relevant airport and the dates you want to park your car into our comparison tool and an overview of all parking providers available will be displayed. Have a look over all of them and see which one is right for you. You can book directly on our website with no booking fees! Fill in your information and pay in advance for your spot through a secure SSL payment system. Your booking confirmation will be sent to you after approval of your payment. Be sure to check your spam folder!

Question 2

What dates do I enter into the comparison tool?

Enter the date that you want to park your car. This is usually the day of your flight unless you are opting for the Park, Sleep & Fly option. Try to make a good estimation of your arrival time to the airport as prices can change for different parking spaces with some parking providers. For example, even if you park your car late at night, you will still need to pay for the entire day.

If I change my arrival and/or departure time, will the prices change?

Prices could change depending on each provider and how they calculate their prices. Some parking providers charge per day and some per half day so make sure you fill in the correct times.

What time should I enter when making the reservation?

Accepted Answer

If you're using the Valet Parking service, enter the time you plan to arrive at the airport terminal and then when you return from your trip, enter the time you expect to be outside the airport after you've landed and collected your bags. This is roughly 1 hour after landing. Try to contact your parking provider as soon as you have landed so that they can make the necessary arrangements and bring your car to you. That way you don't have to spend any time waiting. If you're using Shuttle Parking then you should fill in the time that you are going to arrive at the car park. For your return, you should enter the time that you think you will be ready to get on the shuttle bus. When arriving before your holiday, it's best to give yourself half an hour for the handling time and travel time to the terminal via the shuttle bus. Upon return, you should allow approximately 1 hour after landing so you have time to pick up your luggage and/or go through passport control.

How do I know if my booking is correct?

Take a look at your booking details in the confirmation email that will be sent to you after your payment has gone through or you can create a free Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk account to see all the information. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours and you can't see it in your spam folder, then you can see your booking details in your online account and you can also request a new confirmation email. Another option is to send an email with your details to our customer service so we can help you. However, if this is the day of your booking then we advise you to contact the parking provider directly. All reservation details will be directly forwarded to the parking provider upon booking.

Question 6

Can I still make a booking if I don't know my flight details yet?

It is possible to do this to ensure you get the cheapest price. Once you have the times of your flights you can forward the information to us via our Customer Service. The times are used mainly as an indication of how many staff they will need on the day.

Are parking spaces still available?

Accepted Answer

All the parking providers listed in the overview after you have filled in your data show all the parking spaces that are currently available. Each time you search the parking providers are updated.

Question 8

When do you recommend that I book my parking space?

Accepted Answer

The best time to book is as soon as you know you need a parking space. The sooner in advance that you book, the cheaper the price and there is a wider variety of options available to you. Especially during high season. Try to book your space at least 1 week in advance so that you have a lot of options to compare.

Question 9

How many cars can I reserve for?

When making your booking you can indicate this so we know how many spaces you are looking to reserve. If the number of cars changes after you have already made your reservation, you can send us an email at contact@parkcare.co.uk and we can make the necessary changes to your booking.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Please write us an email with your details and your desired changes so we can sort this out for you. You can do this via contact@parkcare.co.uk or using the contact form on your Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk account. You can also use your account to cancel your booking but please make sure to read the terms and conditions for information about reimbursement.

What do I do if I have not yet received a booking confirmation?

Please wait 24 hours to get the confirmation email and also don't forget to check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything then log into your Manchesterairportparking24.co.uk account to request another email. You can also contact us via email, phone or chat.

Question 12

Can I come with a different car than the one I booked with?

Accepted Answer

As long as you let the parking provider know at least 1 day before you're scheduled to park. If you know this more than 1 day before then contact us at contact@parkcare.co.uk with your details and the registration number of the new car you are parking with.

“Lowest price guaranteed”: How does it work?

At ParkCare, you automatically book your parking space at the lowest rate possible. We've made an agreement with all parking providers featured on this website that they'll charge at the same or higher price compared to ParkCare. There's also no additional booking fees when you book through ParkCare. That means you always book at the lowest price possible.
