How do I know if my booking is correct?

Take a look at your booking details in the confirmation email that will be sent to you after your payment has gone through or you can create a free account to see all the information. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours and you can't see it in your spam folder, then you can see your booking details in your online account and you can also request a new confirmation email. Another option is to send an email with your details to our customer service so we can help you. However, if this is the day of your booking then we advise you to contact the parking provider directly. All reservation details will be directly forwarded to the parking provider upon booking.
